Developed throughout 2011 but launched in 2012,
the Hydraform M7MI Super increased production
capabilities by 45% to deliver a machine capable of
producing at least 2 200 blocks per day, at a rate of
275-320 blocks per hour.

Timeline
Hydraform launched its Vibraform range of conventional
paving, interlocking brick and blockmaking machines.
Designed to accommodate a variety of interchangeable
moulds, the machine is capable of producing hollow
blocks, stock bricks, maxi blocks, retaining blocks,
interlocking paving bricks and rectangular paving
bricks.
Hydraform’s Vibraform machine can produce hollow blocks,

blocks, interlocking paving bricks and rectangular bricks.
Hydraform expanded its range further with the
TM-1000-HF, a machine which can produce extruded
concrete roof tiles. The machine is specifically designed
for simple operation and maintenance, economic viability
and has an output of up to 25 tiles per minute. The
TM-1000-HF is capable of producing standard tiles in two
main sizes, ridges, rakes, double Romans, double pan
tiles, angle ridge tiles, double bold roll tiles, flat single/
shingles and segmental ridges.
Hydraform’s TM-1000-HF uses concrete cement
technology to make extruded concrete roof tiles in
a variety of shapes and sizes.
The Hydraform M7MI Super increases by 45% the number
of blocks that can be made in a day with previous single-
chamber models.
