T
oday, more than a quarter of a century later, we are
selling an extensive range of high-quality machines to
make interlocking blocks, cement bricks and tiles in over
70 countries and some of the most remote regions of
the world.
The team has grown from one man with an idea –
Jochen Kofahl – to just under 100 people between our
head office in Johannesburg and our manufacturing
plant in Durban.
Our staff is our most valued asset because they enable
our work all around the world and provide support to our
customers as well as to our agents in the field. Our sales
and marketing people are at the forefront of customer
interaction, our training division delivers on the promises
of our technology, our logistics department ships
machines and spares to all corners of the globe and our
administration and finance people ensure that everyone
has the funding and support they need to get the job
done.
Teamwork is at the heart of the Hydraform value system
and we rely on and value the collective efforts of each
individual as well as the commitment of each department
in pulling together to build a great company.
Together this team embraces the company vision
of being customer-orientated leaders in soil-cement
technology, distributing and supporting Hydraform
machines and complementary products in key markets
across the developing world.
The Hydraform
Team
Hydraform was established in 1988 with the goal of providing the developing world with
a high-quality and cost-effective building solution.
